- How do I place an order?
There are 3 easy steps to place your order. Click on the Get Started button on the Home page.
First,
fill out the secure order form. Second, follow the order form to and pay via PayPal, then send us your
guest list via emai and ship your envelopes to our facility.
- Do you offer other ink colors?
We only offer black ink at this time.
- Can I use a type style that you do not have on your web site?
Yes, let us know if you would prefer a type style not available on our web site and we will determine if it
can be matched.
- How long will my order take?
An order takes 1-3 days to process once we receive your guest list and envelopes plus shipping time of
approximately
3 days. You will receive an email confirming receipt of envelopes and another email upon
completion of your order for shipping tracking.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards through PayPal.
- Can I revise my guest list or order after I send it?
We will let you know at what stage your order is in if you contact us immediately.
- What if I need additional envelopes printed after I submit my order?
Place a new order with a new guest list plus an email explanation.
- What if I need to cancel my order?
You will be charged the entire amount if your entire order is completed when you want to cancel your order.
However, you may cancel your order at any time if your order is not completed, but there will be a fee charged.
- What happens if I find mistakes on my order after I receive it?
Envelopes To Go will keep 5-10 envelopes in case of oversights or additions. In the event of a mistake due to
our error, you will not be charged for correcting the mistake. Address list mistakes overlooked by the client
during printing does not indicate the printing service is at fault.
- What is your return policy?
All services are final and non-returnable. If there are any errors on your order that are our fault we
will correct the problem ASAP at no charge to you. We are not responsible for customer supplied
paper. Notice of an error or damaged goods must be made within 15 days of the ship date. If you have
any order problems please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the order.
- How do I handle order discrepancies?
Please check your order completely when you receive it and notify us immediately of any discrepancies. If you
have any order discrepancies or an incomplete order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the order.
- Do I need a separate reception card with my wedding invitation?
